Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days. Your products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses, which is why delivery takes a little longer than from a local store.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and to the countries available at checkout. If your country isn't listed, we're unfortunately not able to deliver there yet.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delays and customs

Delivery can occasionally take longer during holidays or because of carrier or customs delays. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us through our contact page and we'll help. See our Refund Policy for what happens if an order doesn't arrive.
