We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, contact us through our contact page and we'll sort it out.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.

Order didn't arrive

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us. We'll resend it or give you a full refund.

Changed your mind (EU and UK customers)

Customers in the EU and UK can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item, we'll refund the purchase price within 14 days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few business days for the money to appear in your account.
